Open Door Capital Fund 6 is a CashGrowth™ Fund, which focuses on immediate cash flow while also maximizing equity growth during changing market cycles. The goal of this fund is to purchase 5-10 mobile homes parks across multiple markets, hold for 5-10 years, then exit after adding significant value, primarily through increasing occupancy, improving management, back-billing utilities, and increasing rents. We believe mobile home parks are the best asset class during this part of the market cycle, providing strong and reliable cash flow, even in the face of a potential market correction.
