Ryan Murdock

Ryan spent 10 years in the semiconductor manufacturing industry before transitioning to real estate investing and property management in 2007 where he steadily acquired a solid portfolio of multi-family rental properties. He has extensive management experience in many facets of real estate including retail, office, multi-family, HOA, and especially mobile home communities – including nationwide consulting and turn-around projects. As a co-founder of Open Door Capital, Ryan played a critical role in early operations and assembling some of the experienced team we have today. He continues to provide value through an ongoing advisory role and targeted projects. In his spare time he is an avid scuba diver and adventure seeker from his home base in Maui, HI.
