David Decker

David is a 20 year veteran in self-storage operations, starting his career with over 14 years at Extra Space Storage (NYSE:EXR) holding roles in Revenue Management, District Manager and Sr Director of Operations. Most recently he served as COO with Prime Group Holdings, a private equity firm with over 200 storage locations under management. David holds a degree in Finance and an MBA from the University of Utah. He currently lives in New York with his wife and 6 kids.
