How It Works
You Invest
After choosing an investment opportunity that aligns with your investment criteria and goals, you’ll go through a quick accreditation process. Once that’s complete, you can finalize your investment funding and join over 2,400 other investors on their journey to passive income.
We Execute
After your investment is secured and the fund closes, our team gets to work implementing the business plan for the fund. As the property generates income, you’ll receive distributions, allowing you to benefit from your investment without the day-to-day management responsibilities.
We Exit
When the designated hold period is over, we assess market conditions to determine the best time to sell. If we determine that market conditions are favorable, we sell the properties and the proceeds are distributed to you based on your investment share.
