How It Works
You Invest
After choosing an investment opportunity that aligns with your investment criteria and goals, you’ll go through a quick accreditation process. Once that’s complete, you can finalize your investment and become part of our growing investor community.
We Execute
After your investment is secured and the fund closes, our team gets to work executing the business plan. As the property performs, investors may participate in cash flow distributions, without the day-to-day responsibilities of ownership.
We Exit
At the end of the anticipated hold period — or earlier if we believe it is in the best interest of the fund — we evaluate market conditions and asset performance to determine whether to pursue a sale. If a sale occurs, investors share in any available net proceeds based on their ownership interest.
